Green Festival Comes to Seattle

The City of Seattle, in partnership with Global Exchange and Co-op America, will host the Northwest's first Green Festival on April 12-13, 2008. Held in the Washington State Convention & Trade Center, the Green Festival will feature hundreds of exhibitors covering a wide range of green topics, from natural home and garden and renewable energy to sustainable foods and fair trade. Scheduled guest speakers include Frances Moore-Lappe, Bishop Steven Charleston, David Korten, and Seattle Mayor Greg Nickels.
