Seattle's Vida Spa Introduces Local Artisan Treatments

Monday September 7, 2009

Folks in the Northwest completely embrace the local food movement, savoring all the good things grown and produced in our fertile region. Beginning in October, Vida Spa at The Pan Pacific Hotel will offer local artisan treatments featuring fresh, locally-grown herbs such as chamomile, mint, and rosemary. Vida Spa's Local Artisan Swedana treatment begins with a massage and ends with a steam and dry brushing. For their Local Artisan Ayurvedic Facial, fresh herbs are selected to address each individual's particular skin care needs. I recently enjoyed one of these facials at Vida Spa and am happy to report that it was a wonderfully relaxing experience. The aroma of the fresh herbs was amazing, as were the hand and foot massage that accompanied the treatment. Whether you're looking to escape for a day or to enjoy a complete in-city Seattle spa getaway, Vida Spa at The Pan Pacific Hotel in Seattle's South Lake Union district is a great choice.
