When it comes to family vacations, Idaho rocks. I speak from personal experience. Growing up in Spokane Valley, near the Idaho border, I thought everyone had easy access to dozens of magnificent lakes, rushing rivers, and forest trails. Now I know what treasures they are, and how lucky I am. Today Idaho has even more amazing attractions and activities, with something to offer everyone from rough and rugged outdoor adventurers to those who appreciate the comforts of full-service spas, unique shops and galleries, and fine dining. This variety makes for a great family vacation, where every member will find something to their own taste and preference and yet the whole gang can share experiences and make memories together.
