Why You Should "Do the Puyallup"

The Puyallup Fair, held annually in Western Washington just south of Seattle, is one of those fun events that people look forward to year after year. First, there's the delicious, decadent food that includes every combination of grease and sugar that a human might find pleasing. Then there's the traditional country fair activities, from farm animals to creative crafts to big beautiful vegetables, there to be examined and exclaimed over. Carnival rides, both tame and extreme, are tops on many people's lists. There are just so many fun things to see and do, it's hard to choose a favorite.
