Seattle's Space Needle has become an icon for the city. Located in Seattle Center, the futuristic structure is a legacy of the 1962 Seattle World's Fair. The Space Needle provides a stage for many seasonal events, including a fabulous New Year's Eve fireworks display. Visitors can take an elevator to the top and enjoy a 360-degree view from the observation deck.

The Space Needle's famous revolving restaurant lies just below the observation deck. Completely updated in 2000 and now called SkyCity, this fine dining establishment allows you to enjoy ever-changing city, mountain, and Puget Sound views as you savor regional cuisine. The restaurant serves brunch, lunch, and dinner. Reservations are recommended and can be made by calling 206-905-2100 or 800-937-9582, or online. The elevator ride and observation deck visit are complimentary for SkyCity diners.

Location: Seattle Center, 400 Broad St., Seattle, WA 98109
Admission to Observation Deck: $16 for adults, $8 for children
Hours for Observation Deck & SpaceBase: 9am - 12am
