Tulips, lilacs, roses, rhodies, and daffodils. All of these flowers become the center of fairs and festivals throughout the Northwest each spring. Birds, whales, and seafood bring even more reasons to celebrate.

Summer in the Northwest

Food and music festivals are plentiful throughout every Northwest summer. Special events in the region celebrate everything from lavender to the blues. Late summer brings a full round of county and state fairs.

Fall in the Northwest

There is plenty of fun to be had during fall in the Northwest. Beer, apples, and leaves are all celebrated at festivals throughout the region. Country fairs and rodeos abound. Fall is also a great time to take a scenic drive or weekend roadtrip, when you'll travel through some of the best fall foliage in the nation.

Winter in the Northwest

Winter brings carnivals and sports games to the Northwest. The winter holidays, including Christmas and New Year, are celebrated with many special events, including gift shows, concerts, dance, and pageantry. Home improvement expos are popular during late winter in the Northwest.
