Glacier National Park, which spans the northern Rocky Mountains below the Montana-Canada border, is a part of the Waterton-Glacier International Peace Park. The park is treasured for its magnificent snow-capped peaks and its glacier-carved valleys, which combine to create a stunning landscape and an awesome outdoor experience.

Built in 1913, this picturesque, chalet-style lodge sits along gorgeous Lake McDonald. In addition to guest rooms inside the historic lodge, your options include connected cabins and the nearby Motor Inn. You'll find lots of activities to enjoy from Lake McDonald Lodge, including boat cruises, Red Bus tours, fishing, hiking, and horseback riding. There are many place to relax in the company of friends and family, from the lovely porches to the sandy beach to the grand lobby. Casual dining, a general store, and a gift shop, are among the other onsite services.

2. Many Glacier Hotel
Built in 1915, the magnificent five-story Many Glacier Hotel wraps around the shore of Swiftcurrent Lake. Guests at this historic lodge will have access to a variety of services and amenities including restaurants and lounges, live entertainment, ranger programs, and a gift shop. The guest rooms and suites come in a variety of sizes, from value rooms to lakeside rooms with a balcony. Many Glacier is an amazingly scenic locale. 3. Swiftcurrent Motor Inn & Cabins

Located at the easternmost section of Glacier National Park, these historic structures offer basic accommodations with convenient access to the scenic Two Medicine region. Guests can choose from standard rooms in the motel and one- and two-bedroom cottages (some without private bathrooms). Meals are available at the Swiftcurrent Motor Inn Restaurant. Other on-site services include a gift shop, access to Red Bus Tours, and Swiftcurrent Lake boat cruises.

4. Rising Sun Motor Inn

5. Apgar Village Lodge
The rustic motel and cabins of Apgar Village Lodge are located near Glacier National Park's West Glacier entrance. All of the units come with private bathrooms; some of the motel rooms and cabins sit along McDonald Creek. Most of the cabins are equipped with kitchens, making them a nice choice for an extended family stay. 6. Village Inn
