Sacajawea State Park
Head east from Clarkston on State Highway 12 to Sacajewea State Park in Pasco, Washington. The park is located at the point where the Columbia and Snake Rivers meet. The park's Sacajewea Interpretive Center offers exhibits that focus on the woman's historic story, the Lewis and Clark expedition, and the Native American culture and history of the region. Improvements include the creation of the Sacajawea Heritage Trail, a 22-mile educational and recreational trail along the Columbia River.

Columbia River Exhibition of History, Science, and Technology
CREHST is a museum and science center dedicated to the Columbia Basin region. Located in Richland, this museum addresses the compelling and colorful history of the area, both human and natural. The museum's permanent exhibits feature geology, Native American history, nuclear science, hydropower, and Columbia River fish.
