Portage Diorama at the Lewis & Clark National Historic Trail Interpretive Center

This diorama illustrates the type of terrain the Corps of Discovery had to drag their canoes and supplies over in order to get around the "Great Falls". The portage route around the five waterfalls was 18 miles.
