The Blue Goose Inn occupies two restored historic Victorian homes located side by side on a hill overlooking Coupeville’s waterfront shopping district. The Kineth house was built in 1887, while the Coupe-Gillespie house was built in 1891 in a nearby location and was moved to its current location in 1990.

Guests of The Blue Goose Inn will enjoy the short walk to the shopping, restaurants, and galleries found along Coupeville’s waterfront. Other Coupeville-area attractions include:
  • Fort Casey State Park - home to Admiralty Head Lighthouse, old fort facilities, camping, and hiking trails
  • Island County Museum - a small museum whose exhibits include mammoth bones and homestead-era artifacts
  • Ebey’s Landing National Historical Reserve - scenic rural lands preserved to protect their rich history
